Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: July 2026
The following terms govern all use of the website located at growthcartsolutions.com and all services provided by Growth Cart Solutions. By submitting an enquiry, requesting a proposal, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Enquiries and Proposals
All website diagnostics, audits, and estimates provided are for informational planning purposes. Custom estimates and timelines are non-binding until a formal project agreement or statement of work is agreed upon.
2. Project Scope and Responsibilities
Growth Cart Solutions provides e-commerce management, listing, and automation services as outlined in your specific project agreement. The client is responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary assets, and clear requirements.
3. Account and Credential Security
If our services require access to your third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon), you are responsible for providing secure, limited-access permissions. We recommend utilizing delegated access features rather than sharing primary credentials.
4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information. Upon full payment for services, the client retains ownership of the specific deliverables produced for them. Growth Cart Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing workflows, methodologies, and internal tools.
5. Payment Terms, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Due to the labor-intensive nature of our services, payments for work already completed are non-refundable. Service cancellations require notice as specified in your active agreement.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Service Limitations
We operate on third-party platforms (like Amazon, Shopify, or Etsy) but are not affiliated with them. We are not responsible for changes to their algorithms, policies, or sudden account suspensions out of our direct control. Our role is strictly operational support.
7. Limitation of Liability
Growth Cart Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. The client is solely responsible for maintaining manufacturer product margins, inventory levels, and overall business strategy.
8. Changes to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
